Who We Are

A new spirit of entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency is growing in Native America and RCI is playing a leading role.

The many challenges in Native America such as lack of infrastructure and persistent poverty are being faced and overcome by the spirit of the people to change their lives and preserve their cultures. Many consultants and would-be investors complain about the difficulties of working with tribes and remote rural organizations—not RCI. We find emerging determination, independence, and consumer awareness overtaking the generations of government dependency.

RCI consistently steps up to the plate with strategic thinking, expert grantsmanship, business planning, intelligent and deep analysis as well as patience, vision and a large dose of compassion. These are the characteristics and the professionalism at RCI. We work to create opportunity and wealth as the antidote to poverty and despair.

We help plan and manage the many steps of pre-development for major projects as well as coach aspiring entrepreneurs in their own business development. For example, we help develop infrastructure, commercial real estate, elder care facilities, renewable energy and conservation projects.
